Greetings, all!
This week, I give you some freelance quickies; notes, bits and pieces that I thought should be left alone for entertainment.
Hope you enjoy!

Saturday - A suite of seven haikus
Hour before work;
accident leaves black and blue...
color of my thumb.
One whole hour late,
looking foward to tonight.
Finger's very numb.
On Saturday night,
we finally pick the flick:
The Sum Of All Fears.
Lovers to the left...
I'm alone yet not alone;
lovers to the right...
Movie was alright.
Still waiting for future plans;
twenty after one.
Saw another flick.
Sat next to good looking chick.
Nothing seemed to click.
Ten minutes to three.
Sigh, oh well, until next time,
just myself and me.
Sunday - A suite of seven haikus
Woke up around noon,
wishing that saturday was
a really bad dream.
Sat with my music;
hours later, getting set
to go to the store.
Taped and suited up.
On the train; something's missing:
Where's my costco card?
Searching and searching.
Realize, my discount card
I have lost that too.
All is forgiven.
Living a weekend nightmare
God, help me forget.

Ode to Satie, my Imzadi
You were as beautiful as I ever thought I'd remember you.
And you knew,
of all the faces I've seen, and all the voices I heard,
and all the chances I've had,
I've clinged to you, and held you dear the most.
I hope that this ending is just another beginning.
Enjoy T&T, bring me back a reason to head down there.
And if God forbid, it never worked out...
I hope that I find you first.

Charles
Oh poor Charles, when a woman passes by
his money finds it wings and starts to fly.
right in my pocket is where it will stay;
This is the life; it's the only way.
Oh poor Charles really needs to know;
that if he doesn't change, that's the way it'll go.
'Cause it's all about money; ain't a damn thing funny
to watch it fly while he's watching some honey.
Territory
Remember the story...
Remember the glory...
Now get yo' ass out my territory!

Shizz' on, Nets!! Shizz' on!!!
77-74.
Totally out of soda.
Totally out of tostitos.
Totally out of chicken.
Both teams weren't up to par.
Duncan was da man.
Poppovich had the plan.
Robinson holds da clan.
But I still hate the Spurs.
Kidd wasn't all there.
Martin wasn't all there.
But God bless Jefferson
who found his game; who found his game.
Totally out of voice.
Ginobli missed the three.
77-76.
My Wednesday went great; thanks.
